The fine print, in plain words

Returns & remakes

Every item is made to order with your artwork, so we can't take returns for change of mind or sizing. If we made a mistake — a misprint, the wrong item, or damage in shipping — tell us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with a photo and we'll remake it or refund you.

Shipping & pickup

Flat-rate shipping anywhere in the US, or free local pickup in San Antonio. Turnaround starts once your order is paid.

Shipping is a flat $15.00 per order. Pickup is free in San Antonio.

Turnaround

• DTF transfers: 2–3 business days
• Embroidery: 7–10 business days after you approve the quote
• Laser engraving: 5–7 business days after you approve the quote
• Shop items: 3–5 business days
• Need it by a date? Put it in the order notes or contact us first.

Your artwork

You confirm you own or have permission to use any artwork, logo or name you send us. We won't reproduce trademarked or copyrighted designs without permission.

Payments & tax

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Texas sales tax is added where it applies, and a small card processing fee is shown before you pay. Embroidery, laser and team jobs are quoted first — you pay only once you've seen and accepted the price.

Privacy

We collect what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, email, phone (if you give it), shipping address, and the artwork you upload. We use it only for your orders and order emails — we don't sell it or send marketing without asking. Artwork files are stored privately and used only for your jobs. Ask us at support@araicustomworks.com to see or delete your data.

Terms

By ordering you agree to these policies. Colors on screen can differ slightly from thread, ink and materials. Prices, turnaround and availability can change, but never on an order you've already paid for. Questions? Email support@araicustomworks.com.
